Looking for interest on this rare putter. Would suit anyone who collects PING putters as I understand these Nickel head versions are quite hard to find. It has the gold paintfill to distinguish it from the standard stainless steel model. Feels a bit heavier than the normal stainless steel version. Shits all over the crappy Scotty Cameron copies.

Play just on 35 inches, has the original shaft band intact and has the Pingman grip. Is in MINT 9.5/10 condition with no obvious marks. It does have a course logo on the sole as you can see in the photo's. PM if keen or if you would like to take a closer look at it. Looking for $150 plus postage but open to offers. Off to ebay in a couple of days if no takers.

Sensational putters these. The BeNi Ansers are probably the best feeling blades put out by Ping or the multitude of companies copying Karsten's design. $150 is a great price Jack and I'd be all over it if I didn't already have one. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

The Becu Pings do indeed "shit all over" (Jack's quote) the Cameron copies PLUS all recent Ping (and other manufacturors') recent models of the Anser 2 design. Ferrins, get off the Kool-Aid man, you're obviously losing it.

Ferrins, there is nothing "cheap" about those overpriced Scotty's.

Can you please tell me which Scotty Cameron putter is modeled on the design of your Ping.

You and Jack got matching 7 woods. If not my mum's got a spare one which I'd swap for the Ping if you slip me $50.

Is this a trick question?

Cameron sent a Ping Anser head to Bob Bettinardi to mill when the Ping patent expired. Very smart man.

Here you go, Ferrins. Scotty's latest piece and Jack's Anser 2.

There is one difference.

The Scotty features some sort of dimpled, spherical white thing.

No shame in that. The stiff shaft she uses will probably suit too. How is your Mum? It's been a while.
