I do.

After seeing this, I think all other courses fall short.

RQ sets the standard for practice facilities in Australia.

I would never join a club if the only practice option was on-course.

Not being a member there are you allowed to use them?

That looks nice, but you would have to assume you can't hit your own pills ? How could it all be used with people loading up all the time ?

Me personally? No. Pisses me off too.

Which Clear Creek GC is that Adlo? Most US states have a Clear Creek Golf Course, must be quite a few clear creeks over there.

Nor should you be able to either... after all you are only the "hired help"

The pro shop staff can. I don't see the difference.

Hang on. Weren't you a member at Yowani and Belconnen, both of which carved up their driving ranges for housing estates????

Yeah. Belconnen uses two of their old holes as a practice faciltity. Yowani has a good short game facilty and an area to hit 3 iron down. To practice driver just go next door to Southwell Park.

Lynwood has great practice facilities. 280 metre driving range and a huge short game area where you can hit in to a green from at some points 50 - 60 metres. Only problem is it closes at about 5:00pm every day. If it stayed open later people could stop in on the way home from work.

Albury GC has just remodelled it's practice green... Finally! It was terrible! It's a little better now, haivng a few flat areas to practice your stroke.

Practice range is awful, though, with room to hit 4 or 5 iron, at most.

Razaar, Clear Creak Tahoe. New course by Crenshaw & Co.

Walk through here (http://golfclubatlas.com/courses-by-country/usa/clear-creek-tahoe). Looks great.

I just wish our course had a good bunker to practice out of to a green and also a bunker to practice onto the practice range.

The course I believe has the best practice facilities is Newcastle GC. They have everything.

The Lakes also has very good practice facilities.

I guess there is a creek there somewhere Adlo, everything to do with the course is lush and green. I would imagine there would be plenty of water after the spring thaw. The people who design and build these courses are real artists. Great find!

If they decided to leave it open until about 7 or so as December arrives, I'd definitely head over there after work at least once a week. Had quite a productive practice session when I visited there on a Sunday arvo a few months ago, and found that there was a good deal of versatility in short game practice around that green.

How about a pole.

Better practice facilities or hotter barmaids.

what a beautiful course.

Our course up at Gawler has pretty good practice facilities i reckon, nice grassed range, really nice putting green and a pretty large pitching area.

I wish my course actually had a pratice fairway let alone a better one.

Lucky for the me hockey club is more convenient to get to and it's a perfect place to practice.
