Used to have an Aldila shaft i used to call the Benaud, because it was an off white or bone or creamy brown color.

This would have been in between say 1995 and 1997.

Any of you guys well versed in shafts know what it was, and what the specs of it were, i loved that thing.

All i know is it was reg, bone color, Aldila and it rocked, loooooooong, High and straight.

Cheers

The Aldila One was a creamy pearl finish with a black tip.

May not be much help, but I've just taken HM40 (or HM60) out of an old Cobra driver, but it was a purply-green colour, and probably a 'Made for'.

Definitely 60g, regular and mid-kick, and possibly 3.5* or 4.0* torque.

Felt light and middle-of-the-road (nothing bad or exceptional about it). Possibly the fore-runner to the lightweight green Aldila NV.

I wouldn't waste the effort tracking one down, compared to newer offerings.
