No so much as a whinge - more as a comparison.

2005 Commodore rego in NSW
Rego is $418
CTP is $424.

Honda CBR1000 Motorcycle
Rego is $318
CTP is $534

The MCIS levy is the one that has me pissing myself.

150kg motocycle = $310
1.5tonne of motorcar = $131

go figure.

lots more pain an injury on the motorcycle I guess.
