low-medium and runs a mile if you turn it over. It's very handy off the tee, but so is the 13 deg 3 wood. I might keep it yet, haven't totally decided, so don't try too hard :wink:. It's handy off the gold tees at Brooky, but I've just played 4 rounds off the plates and didn't use it much. I did find myself needing a 5/7 wood a fair bit though!

first post updated. I'd prefer not to split the wedge set. Am really after a trade for a 52-58 set of equivalent quality wedges.

Failing that I'll keep them and get them bent 2 deg.

Titleist 909H sold. Mizuno hybrid still available. Think I'll keep the wedges, but I may change my mind though!

Have you considered putting a shaft two flexes softer in your wedges?

yes. I have had R300 wedge shafts and also 8 iron shafts in my wedges in the past. to be honest, I can't pick much difference in them. These Cally wedges came from a tour player who had the PX installed to suit the rest of his set. I was put off a bit at first, but once I hit them I thought they were fine, so didn't bother reshafting them.

Mizuno price dropped to $50 pickup/collect from the champs.

If there are any Sydney siders going to the Champs who are willing to pick up that Fli Hi and me pick it up off them when they get back, I'll take it and send money via bank deposit or what not beforehand.

Just a meatier looking 2 iron from what I've read about it. Looks more attractive than my Titty 503.H that's gathering dust, that's for sure.

Saw a Bridgestone J33 version of one of these in the Pro Shop yesterday. Not sure what the point is.

KristianJ - if you can convince grunt or jono to bring the FliHi back for you, it's all yours. I don't really want to post a $50 club though, iykwim.

pete_the_pilot - as above on the FliHi. The Bullseye is some sort of a commemorative edition. The grip is actually off my Studio Stainless, but I've got the original one somewhere. It's a wrap style paddle grip with a broad flat section on the top.

I put pics up of the wedge and putter. The 3 iron is basically brand new.

Okie dokes...just asking in case you lost too many of a particular favourite ball during the weekend and wouled prefer pills. :lol: I'll leave it a couple of days to come pick it up so you can get back to family life.
