It is a 19*, would fill a three iron gap.

A 4 iron is usually about the 22-24 mark from memory? Don't quote me on that though.

What kind of distance are you looking to cover? If both a 3 and a 4 iron it might be better to grab a 3 hybrid as it is easier to get less out of a club than more.

The burner 07's are pretty awesome.

A 4h goes further than a 4i on average, so really a 4h is closer to a 3i replacement, all depends on where your current distance gaps are.

To contribute : Try the Adams Idea Pro / Pro Gold. Solid solid clubs with fantastic stock shafts - especially the Matrix Altus. You don't get that kind of value with any other brand, most others have stock OEM shafts or watered-down "made for" shafts.

I found that a Cobra DWS 20* with Aldila VS-Proto-HL (65R), replaces both the 3 and 4 iron, as it responds well to different swings.

It was supposed to supplement a Cobra DWS 23* with NV-HL, which went high and straight, but couldn't hit low punch shots. The 20* does it all.

ps. That's 3-4 in 'new school' lofts, that have been creeping in. It would have been 2-3 on my old 10yo Titleists.
