Catch Of The Day start their sales at noon. I guess I'll just have to take the risk of it still being available in the morning.

what's with all the dodgey lengths and weights on these clubs blakey? You're always banging on about how components are the go because they're always exactly on spec... yet your gear seems to be all wrong?

what's with all the dodgey lengths and weights on these clubs blakey?

this is an experiment with a ported club, which is obviously a lighter head

I didnt want to add weight to the head, which would increase the ball flight, but means the shaft has to be longer to get the swingweight somewhere right.

Its not a club designed to be played with no weight added to the weight ports. I could have done that to get it right, but I didnt really like the shallow bounce anyway, so I didnt bother with it.

You're always banging on about how components are the go because they're always exactly on spec... yet your gear seems to be all wrong?

Nah i dont say that, components are not always going to be on spec. Clubs fitted and built by a custom clubmaker would be, thats what i have said

The only gear i ever had that is wrong as such, is stuff i have fitted myself, usually from getting advice from forums, and buying cheap stuff online.

You know what its like, after reading a few reviews, we think we know everything.

Gimme ... Please :)

done, PM your address and i will send you the bank acc details and price.
(obviously shipping is extra)

The rainy season is almost here, get it now!

Jono
17th October 2009, 02:42 PM
Mark, does the rain cover have to be used with the Bag Boy buggy? Or does it work with any buggy?

If it's the latter, then I'll take it.

markTHEblake
18th October 2009, 02:01 AM
I have a moral dilemma :-(
1st guy sends me a PM says he takes it, then an hour later a 2nd guy makes a post he will probably take it, though neither has yet complied with the 'terms of sale' :-)

First to reply and say "Gimme!" gets it.Jono, doesn't have to be a bag boy buggy, but read my description about the handle
In any case, you do not even play golf, let alone play in the rain?
and its big, so you cant fit it inside the golf bag to take it back on the plane, and you will ask me to throw the box away for you, and Heidi will have to make room in her suitcase - is that really going to happen?

I think you should let the first guy have it, even though he is a nob for not reading the instructions properly, which means he probably wont be able to assemble it either. ;-)

I hate your non-conformist pro-shop threads! The "nob" says give it to Jono if he can fit in a suitcase. If not I'll take it.

I have exactly the same item available BNIB for the loser of the item, whoever that may be.

PM me if interested rather than clog Blakey's thread.

Hey Just, you can have it. MTB is right. I'm not playing any golf so I'd be buying it for future. Something better will be out by then. 8)
