Z Star vs Z StarX

O.K. which one is better. Going to order 6 doz from USA and get my son to bring them back but I'm not sure which one to get. I was going to get the X but apparently they scuff up really quick. I've used both balls and played 2 rounds with each and there was hardly a mark on either. I hit the ball pretty long so I thought the X would be better.

Why would the x be better? It is the less spin version(distance ball).
would you not be better off with more spin as you already have distance and you are not a super high spin player anyway?

i used a ZStarX in my last round. Not a bad ball. Feels similar to a ProV1, B330 etc. It scuffed up a fair bit though and was rooted by the end of the round. (My wedges are still pretty brutal though).

Get the Z Stars then. Durability is amazing regardless of wedges (or trees, etc).

2 weeks ago, I hit one from 160m over the green and into a rough bitumen track, off the track and hard into a tree, and it only had a small cut on the ball. Still playable, the Z Star is crazy. And apparently, even high spin players can use them.

The ebay seller has 3 lots of 6 dozen Z star x so that stuffs it. Wait a bit and see if more z Stars come up.
