Dodgy Ebay BSB and account numbers???

I ve recently purchased iron covers off ebay but the guy sent me wrong bsb and account numbers. Where do i stand?

Did you get the goods? It is his mistake, if the details are wrong the transaction won't take place. Your cash is safe! Just get him to send you the correct details.

When you say wrong, did you get your money put back into your account, or did the money go into someone elses account ?

Back to ebay stuff.
1. Ive sent the money to an account he gave me
2. He tells me its not in his account
3. He then proceeds to give me a different account and BSB number
4. THen i think...WTF is going on????

Hold then phone....money has been credited back into my account. Obvisiously no one owns that account.

Phew. Would of been expensive iron covers.
