Ok, not the handiest of blokes around but thought I'd have a go at setting up my true strike bought off Ben.

I've set up my own little net at home and i can hit full drivers into it. Although yesterday i skied it after my foot slipped and i missed the net completely.

It didn't end too well....(hit a house LOL)

Better than the face.

You'd have to be quite an idiot to hit yourself in the face though. Especially with a Driver. ;)

I've almost hit myself in the chin with driver.

Yep. I'm that good at cold-topping tee shots.

would love to say great looking driving range ya got but unfortunately the attachments are still not working...

why do you upload to photobucket or imageshack that will host them for you and they will give you the code to cut and paste into forums... this way its saves bandwidth for the site as they hosted else where but view here as well

cheers

I need some advice on building the driving range with the arrival of the True Strike mat.
A good quality net would be ideal..... minimal effort. Any ideas?

Heavy Duty Net (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p284.m183&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget&item=200372760666&refitem=200365187647&viewitem=&usedrule1=CrossSell_LogicX&_trkparms=algo%3DCRX%26its%3DS%252BI%26itu%3DSI%25 2BUCI%26otn%3D4&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&sspagename=MERC_VIC_RCRX_Pr4_PcY_BIN_IT&itemcount=4&salenotsupported)

I bought one of these - they are not big, but easily big enough. Got some tarp holders from a camping shop, old rope and hung that sucker up in the garage. Works a treat, just don't have the room in the Garage to swing the driver. Also plan on putting an old sheet over the net around the impact area for a bit more longevity.
