Major sponsors have had to wind back their offering and so the race is no longer the richest prize in golf.

I'm surprised how few of these stories we have heard since the GFC.

I think there's 3 more Euro tournaments before the Race starts. I wonder if the US PGA tour guys who expressed their intention at the start of the year will actually carry through with it. As soon as the Presidents Cup finishes, it'll be interesting to see who goes over.
