I want to put the Project X from my AP2's into a set of Burner Tours. I think the Titleist are .355 taper and Burner are .370. Can it be done

yep TM website says so. what do you suggest? finding some conflicting info.

Shim, especially if you are doing it yourself.... www.clubmate-golf.com.au sells the brass ones.
