Ok...

So I ahve just got some pics, finally from when I was in the US.... How do I put Pics up here....? They are a few still frames, not complete swing but as much as I could get...

I want to post some pics of me, (as arrogant as that sounds  ),
for everyone to see (as exhibitionist that sounds  ).....

Awaiting assistance....

Cheers

Keza if you want to post pics.. first host them at ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/index.php).. then paste the url into your post here at ozgolf.

That's really cool, Keza. I am going to have to start trying to tee my ball a bit higher like you have done, as at the moment I tee it fairly low as I am scared of skying the ball.

Kind regards,

Ben (Ducky).

Wowsers Keza!!

Is that finish typical for a long driver?

It looks like you've jut gone the tonk over extra cover.

Awesome.

Ok...

So now most of you have seen my long drive swing... It has changed a little since i got back, being that I am now a little more upright at impact and not so much behind the ball.

I noticed a whole lot of good stuff in those pictures but also a lot of really bad stuff.... for example in the first 2 sequences, in the pics after impact the front foot spins out, aka jono, also on the take away the club face is almost facing down.... not good.... but something to improve.

My swing is not typical of a ladies long drive swing, most of the other ladies have typical golf swings, I just like to be different....

Thanks for all the positive comments, can anyone else see some of the above negatives or even others ..... input appreciated....

Cheers

Keza

keza do you use any golf specific aids to help with the swingspeed?

Have you got 2 x right feet ? Or did you break your left foot in the above photo?

Wow!!! 8) Awesome. Can't wait to see you in action at Logan. We're all gonna want LD tips from you now at the driving range before the round.

Answers : No broken feet, but a did tear the sole of the shoe off, now replaced free of charge by Oakley, 1 left and 1 right foot.....

keza do you use any golf specific aids to help with the swingspeed?.

Answer : I have one of my kids clubs that I use for grip practice, sometimes I put 2 swingweights down the shaft of the driver to aid in strength training (you know the swing rings ?), LDAmerica did have a thing called a MOJO but I don't like the heavier weights at the end of the club. ROC has a swing speed radar that we use at training.

I'm planing on getting to Logan early... around 7am so I can meet you all and have a hit at the range......

If I could i'd love to build something like this for a swingspeed workout.

http://www.trainchain.com/

Has been getting some air time on GEA lately. sounds and looks gimicky but makes alot of sense. my fast twich fibres are in hiding at the moment :x couldnt fork out that many $$ for something so simple tho.. purely on principle.

download a clip of it in use HERE (http://tinyurl.com/5pcvo)

anyone know a chain expert guy thingy

I have seen this before..... the concept is good but I can't see myself swinging that thing..... a similar idea would be some sort of weight in a sock.....???? :smt102

Back in another life I was a rigger, looking at that thingy seems it would be a piece of cake to make. Only prob would be the price of new chain. It ain't cheap.

Thanks Mike, been working on the long drive swing and the follow through has come from the extra power I put into it.
