Playing here tommorrow in a tournament. Can anyone here provide me with some infomation about the course and holes?

What are the "danger holes", "birdie holes" and just anywhere on the course you don't want to go?

Also what is the 12th hole like? Thats my starting hole.

P.S Offtopic but is there a way i can like mass delete all my PM's or do i have to do it 1 by 1?

Protip: click the box at the top (Messages: 97 [ ]) in the green bit. Then go to the bottom and delete them. (Selected messages: Move to folder...)

Off the fairway is dead.

16th off the plates tee is intimidating. Stay on the fairway and you will be right

on the other item just click on them in the left hand side check box then delete them.

Don't know anything about it but it looks like a very nice course on the website.

Goodluck.

Great course, have played it heaps. Was a local for me growing up. Also do the Golf Australia tests there. You will either have fun or have a new one torn;)

What is the 12th hole Grunt? Par 3,4,5? Distance? Anything about that hole would be good :)

Why the 12th are you only playing that one?

Is a 150-180m Par 3. Nice hole, a couple of elephants buried in the green.

Shotgun start Grunt. That is my 1st hole.

Nice warm up hole. Trouble in the bunkers but nothing really tough about the hole so long as you are not above the hole on the green.

Are there many bunkers at all? GE says it doesn't have many..

Is that up to date or are there quite alot since that photograph has been taken?

That hole has about 3, not many on the course overall. More trouble in the trees/shrub.

12 is a par three. Not too long and has a decent size green.
Probably a good stretch to start on.
13 is a downhill par 5 that should be a birdie chance for you, as should the 2nd (a short par four with a blind drive where you want to be in the left half of the fairway), 4th (elevated tee to a wide fairway and a short iron into a flattish green), 6th (downhill par 5, but watch for the lake right off the tee that is more in play than you will think), 7th (if you go for it in two, the green feeds from the right side, but do not miss left) and 9th (a short par four up the hill away from the ocean - stay below the hole).
Keeping it on the fairways is crucial (hello captain obvious!). The par fives are all pretty easy to make birdie on, but 17 can bite you hard if you get greedy on the blind second shot.
I found the greens quite flat and easy to putt on.

"Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow,
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day."

Is this an omen for the pace of play tomorrow? ;)

The work at St Micks is progrssing well. The tea tree cull is moving ahead and the course is getting better and better. On 9 there is now a waste bunker on the RHS as you approach the green.

Grunt are they adding many more bunkers? Thats what the course is missing IMO.
