Phil Mickelson recommends strengthening the grip of your top top hand, as it allows the putter to release.

Just got myself a Never Compromise X-Ray Beta

Love it!

Played 2 rounds, never putted better :smt038

It's a nice heavy (but not too heavy) weight. The Beta is also not too big. Not a full size mallet putter - somewhere around 1/2 or 3/4 size.

... and most importantly, it looks good!

Not exactly sure what type of material it is, and I can't find any info on it, but I'm sure I've read that NC use Carbon Steel. Appears to be 1 full piece.

Standard specs are Lie: 70º, Loft: 3º, Weight: 365 Grams.

Just got a Rife Hybrid Mallet, love the roll it gives. Not sure it will keep the 2 ball out of the bag but it is a worthy replacement if it does.
