They should have plently of your size in stock.

Amazingly they did when I went in a while back. In fact some of the shirts were way too big for me at XXL and had to drop down to XL. Really weird. Even had big bum pants.

I was swimming in all of the medium shirts as well. I actually bought a few smalls, which were slim pickings. (Pun intended.)

At least a 34" waist is a 34" waist. I wish the same could be said of the shirts.

I didn't see any smalls at all there. Sure you aren't getting confused with the Berley Clearance Outlet

I must have already bought them all.

And I'll have you know it is terrible being "average" sized. Going to DFO is a waste of time for me. There isn't a 34" waisted pair of pants in the place.

bloody young ones don't get puns....smalls aka ladies underwear mate.

henno

Ha "smalls"... what are you, 85 years old? :-D

henno
25th June 2009, 10:24 PM
And how much more hair do I need to lose off my head before I am no longer a "young one". I'm bloody 30 next year!

Hux

depends...if the hair is falling off your head and growing in your ears at an equal rate then you are aging.

Remember you don't cultivate what grows wild around your ass.

From somebody who has been there...at 50 one's hair gets all confused, it starts falling out of places it shouldn't and growing out of places it never used to.

Well plenty of stuff there. Shirts range from 10-30 dollars huge range of sizes and colours funny enough the nicest colours are all $20-$30 :-) I bough two C&B LS business style shirts at $20 each, but there were only a small number of them. Plus one more polo for the selection $20.

Not too many jumpers, a few jackets and vests. All $30.
1/4 zip heavy woven pullover $30

Few pairs of shorts and trousers out the back. $20-$30
C&B fawn slacks $30

They also had full golf wet weather sets - RRP $450 for $150 they are C&C Euro. Nice with the proper trousers that make it easy to get on and off over your shoes etc.

What are the rain jackets like ? Decent quality and not bright pink or anything stupid like that ?

Are you saying 34" waist is a stringbean?

I've wanted to visit this place, to check out these bargains, but of course I'm away this weekend.

I bought 13 shirts and a full set of wet weather gear, for $190

And it all fits great and looks great. One of the shirts was from Bonville Resort and had a $110 price tag on it. So as far as I'm concerned I'm way in from.

All Sizes available and they keep bringing more stock out.

Are you saying 34" waist is a stringbean?

Not if you're 5'0". It's the small-sized t-shirts that are not exactly plentiful.

Hux
27th June 2009, 02:04 PM
Jeez Henno how small are you???? The Rhode Island brand is a lot smaller than C&B and some of the C&B Dritec stuff is smaller than the other C&B.

I think they must do Lacoste as well as there were pair of Lacoste slacks there...size 46....I couldn't even get my leg into them.

henno
27th June 2009, 02:34 PM
There was small stuff there. Just saying that the selection was less than overwhelming.

I found a swag of bargains in basically anything over size L. Everything under that was no different to what was there a couple of months ago.

Jarro
27th June 2009, 03:02 PM
Surely an L size shirt would fit you henno ?

Hux
27th June 2009, 03:04 PM
I thought L was small :-)

Did you see the 4XB stuff there....man even I could take 3 swings of the club before the shirt moved with one of those.

You'd be sorely mistaken. I am a medium at best. Even most mediums swim on me.
