Now up to $16,000,000. Yep, that's right $16M by a called called liverpool_owen.

With those dollars, it had better be Michael Owen, or else that's a dud bid.

this auction now looks dodgy

a single user bid against himself 10 consecutive times taking it from 140,000 to $10,000,000

just doesnt make sense.

They even mentioned the bid of $16,000,000 on Sports Tonight.

#-o

I was thinking earlier today when the commentators mentioned that there was going to be memorabilia available from the match on Ebay that some dickhead would no doubt spoil it and place fake bids. Then again, I figured that most people would have enough respect (in relation to raising funds for those effected by the tsunami disaster) to only place legitimate bids. Yeah, so much for that idea.

Kind regards,

Ben (Ducky).

The auction seems a bit dodgy, the seller hasn't got any feedback. ;)

How can the shirts of Warne and Ponting be going for some much more than the others? Lara at only $10.6K ATM. :?

The coin at over half a mill. Shite!
Is that Andylo that has made a bid, but has misspelt his name.

I've never seen so many bid retractions  and most of them are getting kicked off ebay

This has turned in to a joke and an insult to the cause. I'd really like to see it turn out ok, but right now I just don't see it happening.

And Trungy; was your bid serious?? If not [-X
