TG, SMS & I were talkign about this in the pub on Monday, so here it is. Game down in Canberra Friday 26th June.

Its the brides birthday party that night and I am meant to actually drive and be sensible... But I should be right for a couple of beers afterwards.

I was even thinking of crashing at the F1 or something that night rather than drive home. Then drive home in the morning.

I'm 100% certain that I won't make it. I mentioned it to the boss today who told me to look for a new job if I wasn't in that day.

So what if the biggest IT Project we've run in 9 years goes live that day. Surely they wouldn't notice me if it went to shit...:roll:

TG, should we give this a miss now as a few can't make it? Can do it another time, I will know more in the coming weeks of when I go back onto shift and the dates will be way more flexible.

Nothing is impossible. I will try to adjust my work around it. I could possibly do the week after that too.
