Taylor Made R9 460 9.5 Stiff

I made an impulse buy late last week at a golf shop. Traded in an old driver for the new R9 460. Paid $550 (I have the receipt) and am now regretting the purchase.

I have not yet hit the club - it is still brand new! I obvioulsy also have the headcover tool and the instruction book. I will also include a new R9 beige hat.

If it can go to a happy home....great! If not, it's back to the golf shop to try and get a refund or credit.

I can deliver in Brisbane, or organise postage elsewhere.

It's an awesome looking club, but I hit my 'other' older model driver well on the weekend and would prfer to invest the cash elsewhere!

Why'd you buy something that expensive then suddenly reconsider?

You should at least have a hit of it so you know what it's like and if it's an improvement of your old thing.

Then again it is a taylormade so don't expect much from it.:razz:

I hit my mates R9 with the same specs and loved it. Also tried the 420cc model but found this one more forgiving.

I do hit it better than my 'old thing', but not $550 dollars better.

Why did I buy it......................I couldn't resist.
