As the title states.

Both in excellent condition. Receipt for the smoothy from newman and brooks.

Camera cable found, in my bed:shock: Don't ask.

Happy to split or talk price, but if there is no interest I guess too bad for me.

For the record this IS a legitimate attempt to sell these and as soon as I can find the damn camera cable pics will appear. Stay tuned.

:-k

I am of the school that believes that threadjacking pro shop threads enhances the chances of a sale, and they are quite amusing so they can stay

Good decision.

No such thing as bad publicity is there ;)

Yoss, I am not sure you are supposed to threadjack your own thread.

Glad you did though. Pretty fun trip down the zoolander memory bank.

How have you gone selling the gear? Have you swithed to a standbag?

Yossarian
7th June 2009, 07:54 PM
I have a standbag for a while, then the smoothy. Prefer carrying really, and the bag fits in the car better.

If anyone in perth knows anyone who is looking for one and wants to tip them off that would be awesome.

DAMN CAMERA CABLE!!!

Where's the pics Yoss?

Yossarian
9th June 2009, 12:02 AM
The camera cable could be gone for good. A search party is currently scouring the mountainside but we are not holding out a lot of hope.

Yossarian
9th June 2009, 12:06 AM
Or were you just asking for random pics? Because I can do that.

Golfnut
9th June 2009, 12:09 AM
Ah what the hell......do it!

Nothing like jacking your own thread :)

Yossarian
15th June 2009, 11:16 PM
If you ask very nicely. :)

Maybe I'll put it in the quokka and some old bloke will take it off my hands...

adlo

adlo

Bring it when we have a round together, depends on how the Ogio fits it.

I have thought of getting a buggy, but not that commited to the idea.

Yossarian
15th June 2009, 11:34 PM
 i thought we were just sledging each other, but I may have converted you.

I shall do that, it makes golf 30% easier.

adlo
15th June 2009, 11:40 PM
We were sledging, but I have a partial interest in a buggy. So it was a grey area.

Yossarian
15th June 2009, 11:42 PM
It would look good on you with your old man walk :)

adlo

Will the Smoothy push my clubs for me?
I converted to a Smoothy in January, and it does push you clubs ...
in a way.

The suspension is set at a 45* angle. It compresses going over a bump, then rebounds up-and-forward, pushing the clubs forward. I preferred carrying to the pull trolleys, but these are better still.

Make sure the foot-brake works, as they roll so easily and accerlerate over the bumps. Folds quickly, but fitting in the car can be tricky, due to a large footprint (side wheels can come off in a couple of secs).

I use a cheap Wilson trolley bag. (I was considering making a template out of pine or foam, to fit the standbag snugly, rather than lying it on the side.)

Take it for a test drive, you'll be surprised how easy they roll along.

Take it for a run first Adlo, from one tall person to another.

I couldn't get the handle on the one I tried to adjust up high enough to push it comfortably.

Nice buggy, rolls really nicely. But not for me:cry:

16th June 2009, 11:39 AM
Cheers gents. I will have a run, see how the Ogio fits it, and see how much the poor uni student is looking for.

adlo
17th June 2009, 12:04 AM
Yeah Collier did my head in last time I played there, but I would still say there or Wembley.

Yossarian
17th June 2009, 12:05 AM
Collier would be easier for me to get to, but no biggy if you want wembley.

adlo
17th June 2009, 12:12 AM
