Hi Addam, I spoke to David Poole ( Golfdotz President ) about them last week
as I thought they looked very cool as well. He has an Australian distibutor
setting up at present, I am not sure who that is though. Cheers, Boz.

these dumb americans need to learn, if you make a product that comes in different varieties, make a version with a maple leaf and half of canada will buy them. i'd pick them up in a second if they had them.

thanks for the link addam.

There was some guys from China at the last Australian Golf Show on the gold coast that actually printed your face on a golf ball. They just took your photo and printed it out in a specially modifed printer.

The inks are extremely volatile and expensive, so daily the user has to don face mask and gloves, and remove the ink catridges and store them properly. Because of this they cant make it a cost effective retail solution.

I have got my dial on one - very scary. Its supposed to be very durable, but there is a paint chip on it and its never seen a golf course. Maybe it got brittle over the years i suppose.

That was the logojet machines Mark, we have a couple up in Queensland
to do the photo balls etc,,, parts are a pain and the inks are a hassle.
Cheers,
Boz.

Sounds like them, they were in the stall next to us, so I chatted with them heaps. Ironically they were printing on Fantom balls.
