These are a custom of the 87 model Box Blade that come out in 87 and that was still available as a custom order till 94.
From the owners info these where made in 93.

I have loaded up a few pictures of a set that a collector had in the states and sold on ebay late last year. I have been a collector of Titleist irons and have only ever seen 4 sets up to date up for sale in Custom Grind stage that are Box Blade.
The Box Blade was very expensive and was a limited model like the later 681 model that also offered a custom grind through the Titleist Factory like macgregor do now.

what shaft is in the PT fairway wood?

It has the MG 207 Firm flex Graphite and is the original PT non Bore thru.
