It fell off. I often clip the cover when pulling out my putter. (As it is a carry bag I usually do the "no-look" putter slide-out while walking up to the green.)

khukuri - legit ghurka army one i got imported through a friend who legally brings in knives and stuff.

my machete is being custom made for me and i finish the edge myself.

my wakasishi is now newly sharpened with adzuki bean paste to rough, then heat treat, hone and diamond fingers to refine the edge and reetch the 'cloud' on the blade.

I picked up a dropped putter cover on the 16th green on the weekend. I ran over to the 17th tee to hand it back to a very happy owner. I go on to finish double bogey, double bogey to shoot 2 over my handicap.
