Hey all ive been a casual SA golfer all my life and member of a couple clubs but as of this year trying to play at least once a week and maybe get a membership at the end of year or start of next year. Joining these forums to get some advice and have a general chat. My unofficial handicap is 15 but looking to break 10 by years end.. Had an 84 at the Patawolonga the other day and starting to hit my short irons real nice :lol: So Hi to all!

thanks mate, i hope its a realistic aim, just try to get some consistent ball striking and tighten up the short game. Easy to put it in a sentence :-k Getting to 9 is par, bogey repeat all day. Surely I can do that.. I hope :(

was a member in Berri, in the Riverland as a kid and more recently Riverside in about 99/2000. Would consider going back to Riverside if I can play enough in the next 6 months. Are you a member anywhere mate?

Full member at Grange and a 9 hole member at Flagstaff Hill.
For how often I get to play Grange, the 9 hole membership is looking like a winner.

G'Day Flavzz,

Good to see another SA golfer on here. I am a member at Riverside and also play a bit with mates at Grange. Would love to start having a few games with SA blokes (I see oobsadd2 is a SA lad aswell).

Let me know if you are keen to have a game anytime.

good stuff guys, we'll have to organise something soon then for a time that suits us all.. I dont mind where we play. Im free everyday after 12pm so arvo's are always good for me, during the week or on weekends.
