Shaft/face angle question

I have always hit draws. Irons, woods - draws.

Since swapping my Nike Forged Ti with a reg Fuji shaft for my Sumo w/ VS Proto stiff last year, I hit cuts with the driver.

Occasionally I can shape it right to left, but rarely.

I'm not too fused, because the shape is constant and reliable, but I am just wondering what it is that might have caused this reverse from a 4-5m draw to a 4-5m cut.

Is it likely to be shaft, or the Sumo an open face? It's not a Tour model, so I don't imagine it is.

I am still drawing my irons and hybrids (irons R300, hybrids are VS Proto stiff).

Virge, 3OD? This used to belong to you two. What did you find?

For me it was shaft in my woods. Same head, stiffer shaft, no more lefties. (In fact, I am fighting the fades a lot at the moment.)
