Keeping Buy it Now on Ebay auctions.

Can anyone tell me how to keep Buy it Now as an option on my Ebay auctions after the first bid?
The usual story is after the first bid the BIN option disappears but then I'll get someone emailing me that they don't want to wait til the end of the auction.
Anyone?

I think it's a USA only option.

I usually create a 0.01 auction with a Buy It Now for the guy who wants to bid, costs about $0.40, just don't put any pics or subtitles on it. I call it "Listing for suchandsuch" and send them the link.

As long as they know and are waiting for it it seems to be the best option.
