Thanks Jono! I don't feel too different today at 30 + 1 day :)
I got to work and my entire office was filled with balloons - I couldn't walk in there!

mtb - nope! I have a phobia with popping balloons (I have no problems blowing up balloons or touching them - just the popping - irrational I know!)
scottt - too busy! we actually went to Capital Thai (cause Chat Thai was closed). Man - now I'm hungry for dumplings!
Heading to a place called El Phoenician tomorrow - it's a great Lebanese restaurant in Parramatta

I got a great bike as a combined Xmas/Birthday gift (part carbon fibre road bike) - plus I'm saving for a fridge for our new house ($7500 - I know - fridge ho!)
Hasn't even started breeding yet either!
That's actually a lot harder than people think - a few more months and I think we're off to a fertility specialist :?

So women who have children are exempt from careers?
Someone should have told Gail Kelly and Margaret Abernethy !

Apologies, but remember - practice makes perfect!

p.s. you're closer to a teenager than you are to my age amanda, so no commiserations, just belated best wishes

I'm sure those kids had a nice upbringing from their nanny!

7500 for a refrigerator??????
I know - Liebherr fridge & freezer (side by side). Problem is that we could probably buy a regular side by side fridge/freezer, a TV & home theatre for the same amount. The fridge is my dream - we'll see if I can make it happen! (or how badly brad wants the golf cart )
Can't wait for our party tonight!

Gail Kelly wouldn't have been able to afford a nanny when her kids were young

Why would the child be raised by grandparents / paid nanny (whatever it is)?
Why are parents so dependant on their childen?
