1pm

Toughest Course in Australia: CCR is 10 over par.
(Par 55)
Cost: $12 for 9, $16 for 18.

Result: Ando Lo 72/56 smashed. MTB 68/63

I have already smashed Trung and Jono this year (and TS on a forfeit), only Andy Lo left and then I am Tai-Pan - champion golfer of the Orient.

Rule 1: all putts that go off the green are a shout.
Rule 2: NO carts, I recommend carry your clubs and take a few out, its a bit hilly..... Holes range from 70-220m

I realise that this course is probably a bit too tough for the average Ozgolfer, but it looks like its in the best nick its ever been, and anyones is welcome to join in.

Pete and i would be up for this...... if only we weren't working.

I love this course..... pete and i used to head out for golf there all the time when we lived down at Coomera. And i agree about the CCR... ask pete about his love/hate affair with the 9th. :)

Scrap that.... Pete looks like having a leave pass... put him down in pencil. He should be good for at least 9 holes.

So embarrassing to cancel Pete's spot. that represented 33% of their bookings today.

I'll take a pic of the 18th just for him.
edit: found one.

MTB, can you find a few more pics? I am very curious about this course.

I have pics of every hole already, will post later. The high CCR is becuase of very small, undulating greens.

BTW that 9th hole pic, is from memory 70m and 100 from the 18th.

Anything short is obviously wet, and a reasonably severe slope means anything long (even a putt) has a lot of potential to get wet on the 2nd shot.

Played there last week and shot thousands...

My mates have their own event there every month with trophy and fluro winners jacket to boot! We were the only ones on the course and played as a 7 ball!

The last hole was playing downwind the other day and was about a 1/2 lobby... Very tough to get it close and two of our boys had a two hole play-off on this tricky little sucker. The 'much' higher handicapper of the two made one of the most miraculous up and downs (to halve the hole) from halfway up the hill behind the green.. think the adrenaline got the better of him on the tee... needless to say he knocked the next tee shot in the drink to restore order to the golfing world..

Guys, this course rewards dropped-kicked tee shots and very firm putting.. go and have some fun but leave the woods in the car... and also feel free to wear thongs and stubbies, anything else warrants a two shot penalty :)

AndyLo smashed me.......

He played to a 7 hcap  didnt do too much wrong, and very few three putts. I had a triple on the first and then got unlucky after that.

I need to play their more often, then it would make Brookwater look easy.

Great little course Adlo.... no easy hole :)

On 9/18 I have hit few short but more then not long in the palms.... its a hard second shot when the pin is far right.

It looks in great condition.
