wow....suddenly I don't feel so bad for when I was playing in the Yr10 cricket B team, and we got rammed out for only 32 runs...

How would you like the figures Bracken has? 7 for 4.

No indian bookmakers in the crowd ????

No, just raw talent of the crow-eaters..

Not even John-the-Bookmaker can see value in paying that team to under-perform ;)

What about Bichel saying there will be an investigation into the pitch  a comment made before the fact.....Bracken got his wickets with yorkers......no pitch involved :D and PA Jaques 154 not out.....must be a lot to do with the pitch :D

Just like a QLDer to jump the gun

Did you see the highlights?
Looked like there was quite a bit of moisture there and it was swinging all over the place.

That said, 29 is a very dismal effort.

Did'nt notice the moisture in the pitch :D but it must have dried out quick  ALL OUT 29 against 2/233 it was very dismal

I only saw about 4 wickets on the highlights on Channel Eddie, but there were two bowleds (one where a left hander chose not to play at it), an LBW, and a bat pad.

No comments on the pitch in the baggy green report either. :?

We've had 2 consecutive days on, or around, the 40* mark, and today was overcast all day and humid as heck. There would still be residual heat in the pitch, and there'd be some dampness. Swingers delight.

Hmm, moist track? Swingers? :?

Just checked - Jacques has 150 of 233, not a bad knock at all! He's a great talent, as is Thornely - with atleast a full day to bat perhaps we could see a rare double - 2nd Lowest and 2nd Highest Pura Cup totals in the one match.
