Ultra Tune or Repco et al are always reasonable and offer roadside assist if your car stops due to their fault etc..

Or if you got heaps of money, take it to Nissan.

It's a Patrol 3.0 TD. Nothing wrong with it, just needs a regular service. I've only just bought it, so looking for a mechanic to look after it! ;)

As an ex Nissan tech I can assure you that you don't need a specialised diesel mech to look after it . Find a reputable guy in those areas that someone already knows and I'm sure they can handle the job . Keep up regular services with particular attention to oil,air and fuel filters ( only use genuine ) and check with Nissan Dealer as they have a recommended oil for the ZD30 spec engine also .
