Tired of receiving a particular agents emails with its usual dodgy spin [lies] about the housing market I asked him to take me off his mail list because I was tired of his crap emails,
his response below...............

Sorry you find my emails not to your standard of quality information, most of my 2500+ clients are more than happy to receive up to date information regarding the real estate industry.
Maybe I should have added some more pictures for you so you don’t have to read.
There are many was to say please remove me form your email list but no you have to be rude. I usually find this type of profanity to be at a year two level of intellect. If I am using too big of words ask mummy or daddy to explain these big words to you.
Or just simply click on the Click Here to unsubscribe from future emails
Hope your day gets better and you don’t fight with the other children in the sand pit.

So you clearly didn't simply say please remove me then.

Drop in here what you sent him and that will give us the full picture ;)

I'm amazed that people in business would dare send that sort of rant to a stranger. I bet he doesn't get much referral business.

my last reply to him was;

Look forward to meeting with you at one of your open homes.

Some real estate agents don't rate much higher than used car salesmen....

He's obviously one of them...

His original email has been passed on to the State Manager of the 'Real Estate Agency'.........not expecting any response

I'm surprised an intellectual like Damo would resort to profanity in an e-mail.

Damo, print out a number of the emails. Go to his open homes and place one copy in the letterbox of his clients.

Stick another handful on the walls in the bedrooms, he will never go in there but everyone else will see it.

Dont worry about getting sued - that would trash his reputation if he has any. :-)

your e-mail to him was stupid, and you got a stupid one back.

You should call him for a beer.

I wouldn't upset him any further.... he has your e-mail address. Do you receive much spam at the moment Damo?

How did he get your email address in the first place? Did you write it down at an open house or something? Surely you know you leave fake details unless you are serious serious about buying! And he's got you with the 'unsubscribe' button in his emails. Just one click and he's gone...

Then again, it wouldn't be our Damo if it went that smoothly! :)
