watching the Nedbank challenge last night i saw that both Appleby and Goosen almost cracked the 200Kmh clubheadspeed mark .... pretty impressive :o

you're right Blakey .. hitting 3 wood - Pw to a 450 meter Par 4 is pretty standard stuff :roll:

I know it's not the fastest clubhead speeds ever recorded, but put into the context of where they were playing..and what they were playing for ($$$$)
.. it was pretty impressive 8)
