Currently have a modified TM R5 N 9.5 driver fitted with a Accuflex V2 S shaft. I have hit this club very well for some time but have struggled for the last month, during that time I have discovered that I hit a 3 wood better with a ligther shaft, 60-70, (I have struggled with the 3 wood for years) after changing the 3 wood shaft I am hitting it better but at the same time I am hitting the driver worse, I had a lesson a few weeks back and I think I am getting my swing back in order but still fighting with the driver, but I hit it much better on the weekend, So I am thinking of getting another driver to try, one with a lighter 50-60g shaft. I am considering the below clubs.

TM Burner - Around $110-130US
Adams XTD A3 - Around $110US
Ping G10 - I like this club but to expensive for me atm

Looking to Spend $200 or less, Any other ideas or opinions?

I don't like drivers that have really closed faces.

I recently got my hands on the Adams A3. It sits square and hits very nice. I had a 10.5 with an Aldila DVS and it launched high, which was what I was looking for.

I'd lash out and get the G10 meself, but make sure you get the right setup if possible.

The Burner driver is very good, but I question the condition if you can get one at $130USD ! they seem to average still well over $150US + shipping.

Taking that into consideration, $200 for a Burner or just over $300 for a ping, I'd spend the extra and get a ping.

Mizuno MX500

2nd on that.

Nike SQ non square
Ping G10

Go for a 60-65gram shaft in whatever you choose.

Another vote for the ping. I have the pro launch red and am loving it!

I recently tried out the G10 DRAW and the Adams XTD A3OS both were very good and dead easy to hit but in the end went with the XTD. I tried both of them on the practice fairway and on a PGA simulator side by side. Price wasn't an issue for me but the XTD was consistently longer and a bit more forgiving, for me atleast anyway.
I don't think you would go wrong with the ping or adams but try both and see what seems to work for you.
btw - the g10 had the TFC shaft and the Adams had the DVS shaft.

Adams XTD is an excellent club for the price. Too cheap these days.

The MX-500 is a very nice composite head, and if you find one for a bargain, this would be the best value for money club going. Dropped under the radar for most people.

Get a 905S & 905R. When you're flushing it use the 905S, when you're game is a bit off use the 905R.

3DX Tour Square? Not as closed as the standard 3DX.

Or just get a 905T and you wont have to change at all!!!

You could always buy a light shaft for the R5.

I still might try this if the new one works out well, it will become my test driver :-)

I picked up a Adams XTD A3 10.5 Stiff for a good price. And I have it already Jaybam, and will be taking it to the range tonight.
