Rusty, I hate Gailes with an absolute passion not becuase I hate the course but because I play like an axe murderer every time I go there. Having said that, count me in and we can play our matchplay on that day if you wish.

I'd love to play, but am unlikely at this stage as I'm already playing monthly medal on the Saturday and two games a weekend is a rare thing. I'll throw it up the mast though and see how I go...

confirmation about chicas playing at Gailes, "yeah should be okay. depends on the size of the field". i mentioned our forum, we've played there each year for several years and that Shazzanator played last year in the single stab though went around with us. so should be ok Shaz.

rusty it get worse - i m going to sound like and old man but yesterday I got a severe gout attack (bloody red wine and seafood) and my left knee looks like a watermelon and I thought it would go away overnight but it is actually worse so I am a no chance for this one - I cant stand up and the freakkin pain is unbearable. So please no gout jokes coz right now I am pissed off beyond belief.

Up to you whether you want to take the game as a forfeit or we reschedule.

there was no comp for the chicas/others today but proshop graciously allowed Shazza to play, phew! especially after they'd drive down from 'woomba :smt038 nearly got ballistic pre-round in the proshop. and i wasn't even there. i think it'll definitely be fellas only next year.
