I have been reading the forums for a couple of months and have just decided to join. I am a long time member of some aussie tech forums but golf is my real passion although my form has been dismal the last 10 years or so:cry: anyway enough of a rant from me and I hope to have many good years here and hopefully be able to contribute in some way.

we have had about 40mm of rain this month and my home club is in very good condition. The fairways are still firm under the surface but nice and green with good grass cover. thanks for the welcome kev:)

hi larry yes it has been a long time I still can play some good golf every now and then but just dont have the consistency I used to. when I was in my early 20s I was playing practically every day and managed to get my hc down to 3. now I have a family and things have changed of course with golf not being as important therefore the hc has slipped to 13:( the last few months I have been putting more time in but not really seeing any improvement and seem to have introduced some swing faults so I might have to bite the bullet and get some lessons for the first time in my life:)
