Shotgun start at Lady Bay today. We started on the 17th - roughly 200yd par 3. I get the 7 wood out, hit it average, and get a lovely bounce of a mound to about 8ft, which was enough for my first ever NTP with my first shot of the day. 2 putts, and with crazy stroke index, I start with a par for 4 points.

I had 20 points after 12 holes played, so was going ok, but sadly the last 6 holes only added another 6... Whoops

of 35,35 and 36 points reality has set back in . 28 points today 16/12 , 4 wipes on back nine including one where a ball just vanished... potentially played by a social group coming the other way which ruined that hole and my mentality for the next. Finished with 3 scrubs in a row..... saving the cap for SA Champs

I did, and spoke to Steve about it... he said DSR of 75 is correct and will look into it. Not that it matters

31 points ( 13/18 ) in second round of the GC Classic Bowl - pleased I had two rounds with a 3 in front of both results - 37 putts, two 3 putts but only one 1 putt - probably hit two good irons all day - finished about 10 shots off the pace

-2 in Par yesterday. Decent enough after going -2 for the first 2 holes.

Snuck out early this morning for a single stab round with Solarman. Stunk it up early to be 5 pts through 6 holes. A couple of good putts and I turned with 13. 18 pts on the back with 4 x 1s, but the 7 points from the birdie-birdie finish saved a resectable score from an otherwise forgettable performance.
