Gents,

I am going to let my golf go this year. Probably let my handicap blow out to 6 or 7 or whatever the anchor is this month, not practice much and do something else. I will still play on Saturday's and the odd mid week game, but no more practice other than the odd night at Narrabeen, if it is still there.

The simple logic is that if i dont play as good as i do now... they will just give me more strokes to compensate.

There really is not much advantage in playing off 0-2.

This is me.

Except I wasn't practicing in the first place.

9.4 or lower.. after stumbling down to 13 last year im creeping back up and could go back to 14 very shortly the way im playing..
More range time ( 3 times a fortnight minimum ) and play every saturday.

Oh yeah and break that damn 30 point barrier down at Vic champs

Lost 5 shots of my handicap in 2013 (22 to 17). I'd like to get down to 13 or 14 this year as a goal. I'm playing more golf now I've retired so it shoud be possible.

On track. Two nice rounds and down to 14.9I think it'll take a bit longer to hit 13 but I can always hope
