But I've got a set of UST Recoil Prototypes 3-pw on their way over, gives me a bit of wood downstairs!
SLDR 10.5 with Project X-6A4
Kiyoshi Gold 65 O4 driver shaft.
White SLDR 10.5* with stock stiff and three other beasts: Fuji Fuel 60x, 6Q3, and House of Forged Proto Lite XS. At the very least I've now got four more SLDR/Jetty/R1/XTD etc tips to play around with.

ive tried a fuji fuel aftermarket 60x in my coincidentally white SLDR 10.5, was pretty boardy (which i actually like), i've actually bought and tried heaps of different shafts in it and i just keep going back to the old Aldila RIP Alpha 60x red eyes, just feels the best for me, goes the furthest and the straightest - though the fuji fuel actually produced almost the same numbers it just didn't click with me.
turning into a shaft ho
bb6x is on the way atm, why? coz i'm stupid i suppose
Awesomeness mate. I picked up a standard 9.5* SLDR a few weeks back (I got one when they first came out, but sold it for some ridiculous reason) and got a UST Elements Chroms 6F5T for it. This one goes well and I've gotten a bunch of drives right out there with it, but I've decided to hedge all my bets (for drivers) on the SLDR now. So last week I picked up an Axivcore Tour Red 69 S for it, which went quite well last weekend and is very smooth. I think it feels lighter than it is, due to it being counterbalanced, or something. And now with this second SLDR head and four more shafts to fart arse around with, I should be able to amuse myself for a little longer. I've never tried a Graphite Design shaft, but am casually on the lookout for an ADDI 6S or ADDI 6X.
Would be keen to hear more about your SLDR shaftage experimenting mate… .
ive tried a di6x, launched into orbit for me O_o
kiyoshi black, same deal (bit too soft for me though only a stiff) and made it sound tinny
the rip is giving me like 13-14 launch 2000rpm (at my 112mph average ss) and makes a great sound
i get tour ad's fresh from GD for work so i figured i'd give a bb6x a crack, if it performs as well as the old rip alpha i'll probably go with it coz i think it'll look cool with the blue shaft
the black rip with my red utx grip does look frikken cool with the white head (fuji fuel with black rel grip on the white head looked good too!)
i'd love to try a 6m3 x-stiff if someone has one they want to sell me~!

I tried a Nike vr pro ltd edition 9.5 with bb6s the other day.
Man that shaft feels awesome. Felt a little whippy as it was 45.5 and I'm used to playing mine an inch shorter than that.
Golfworld in Adelaide have that combo for $300. Not bad considering it's a golf shop and not online.
Errrr
Not bought, traded:

you are right, but i'm pretty aggressive so i prefer them a bit firmer, can easily play a strong stiff and for my normal driver swing it's fine (maybe even longer), but for those open fairways if i want to rip it they either spin up too much or go sideways so because of that shot i tend to stick to the full cream models lol
Any of the Brisbane folk who have seen me hit the ball can confirm I go at the ball too aggressive. When everything works and I don't get too much wrist movement through impact it's long and straight. Throw in swing faults and it's snap hook central.
