The golf course is legally obligated to keep the golf balls within its boundaries. This precedent already ruled on by the courts. It makes no difference who was there first. Lack of foresight by the club in the first place to build holes too close to property boundaries on the assumption that the cows would never object. Originally Posted by BenM

I rode by this on my ride this morning aa a policeman was holding the baby. So glad he is ok and I feel for his parents who felt that whatever their circumstance that this was their only option.

Just switched on the tv to watch deal or no deal and there is a hostage situation in Sydney. Apparently 1 bloke is holding 30 people hostage the police don't know if he has explosives hopefully everyone gets out of this.
