Having a good caddie would help. I reckon I'd shave 5-10 strokes off the C graders I play with, just by stopping them trying to pull off shots they don't have.

You can concede a putt and still have to make it in the strokeplay comp.

IMO the Matchplay player will be disqualified. Whilst this scenario is not specifically outlined in the Rules (for good reason) the definition of a Caddy clearly is, and its pretty obvious that a caddy should not also playing golf.
Now the golf club in question should make some specific Tournament conditions to cover silly scenarios that arise as they are requiring a Match to play golf with others in the same Foursome. Such as, no advice, and order of play on Tee and Greens.

18 and higher markers just dont understand that they can turn any hole into a 50-70m Par3. Every single hole.
