    38 points today. Good result on the face of it but repeatedly set myself up for a much better score with great tee shots and long irons before my shaky short game let me down again and again. What made it worse was I was partnered with a fellow who has absolutely no problems with his short game. He was a gentleman about it but I was really being shown up. Not fun!

    A pretty ordinary 32 points today.

    It was super humid, and I really noticed the effect on the ball. It was going nowhere off the tee and there wasn't much run after some overnight rain. So the just reachable par 4's were well out of range, and some of the reachables were three clubs more than usual, which made for a tough day. None of that was any excuse for the two chips I put into the bunker in front of me, leading to a double and a triple that destroyed any chance of a score.

    On the upside HP with practice and patience you can get a good short game. Not everyone can be long off the tee

    34 pts today at beacon hills, didn't drive the ball that well , we have 5 par 3's managed a total of 5 pts on them finished with 3 pars today 5 shots better than sat

    I know of an OZgolfer with a 47 point round......I think they was with a wipe as well!!!
