Happening! Saturday Feb 7th - Kapunda with Hatchman!

Due to not having a game planned for the weekend of 7th/8th February, (Vines closed Sunday and I am unable to play that day anyway as it's the All British Day at Echunga), I am looking at possibly venturing out to Kapunda for a drive and to catch up with HatchmanSS76 on Saturday 7th - anyone else interested?

I'd be leaving quite early to be there before their early comp cut-off time of 8.30am, so would be leaving my place at 6-6.30am.

Not that I know of. This is more of a logistical problem, as in whether I have to be a taxi driver for the other half or not.

I'll be aiming to be there for 8am, so will be leaving home 6am or thereabouts - remembering I probably have at least an extra 30mins travel time from down here where I live!

So we have HMSS76, HB, Chilled, Coalesce maybe, and myself. HM says we can play as a group of 5 if we want, leave that one with you all!?

So HMSS76, am I correct in thinking that you do not need book anything, they just fit in whoever wants to play on the day?

That's correct. No sheet to book in on.
We just rock up and play and settle green fees and comp entry after the game.
Bar will be open about 10am.

Green fees are normally $20, I don't think they've gone up since AGM and comp fee is $5. I think you'll get $5 discount as guests of a member. Will confirm that with Vice Captain.

Group of 5 works fine if the first 2 holing out go to tee and start teeing off .
Have played in plenty of fives and pace has never been a problem.

Just seen it's forecasting 36* for 7th. Probably higher up there!
