So, who's the hot tip to have their season ended in the Aucklund 9's?

Less big names than last year due to the injuries that came out of it. Is hard that the prizemoney on off for the winner is massive compared to the Minor Premiership. I think $1,000,000 v $100,000

Who did the draw for the nines? Warriors draw Titans, Tigers and Raiders the 3 teams holding up the ladder last year and all there abouts this year for the spoon. Then there is a group with 4 of last years final 8 in it. Rabbits, Panthers, Cowboys and Storm. 9's Footy is a bit like T20. Big money, people watch it because it fast and entertaining but it ain't real footy. Bring on March 5

I can't be bothered searching for a picture that would provide conclusive proof, but did I see a Bronco's neck tattoo on Ben Barba on the news tonight?

If so, he'll need to get that tattoo changed to another girl's name. It will be interesting to see how he goes. Maybe the Honeymoon Is Over?

He looks a lot lighter than he was last year, which will be good for him.
I'd like to see him get back to somewhere near his best form this year.

Considering you have to be of a certain race to get a start in a team you could certainly make that argument.

You'd imagine that would end the DCE negotiations.

    Hahahahaha, unbelievable!
Should never have been let in the comp.
    AFL must be giggling inside.

I bet Searle is living the life of luxury somewhere....
