    Default Belated Intro

Hi All,Never being one to rush into things, given it's close to 3 years since I joined it's probably time to introduce myself. I have had the pleasure of meeting a few of you in person a while ago though. Was lucky enough to win the draw for Bowdo's Bash a few years ago on the "other" site. Enjoyed several beers until late in the evening with Haysey, Iain, Ferrins and Petethepilot after the other ISG boys went to bed early. Also, mrbluu (assisted by Dotty) helped me out of a tight spot last year when another party pulled out of buying my clubs at the last moment. I still feel I owe both of you a beer for that one! Will need to catch up for a hit this spring/summer and do just that. I've been a member in the past of East Hills/Riverlands, Camden (Studley Park) and Georges River. At the moment though, the triple M's (marriage, mortgage and midgets x 3) mean that games are a bit few and far between and membership is in hiatus for now. Anyway, look forward to catching up on the forum. Cheers!

Don't worry about the beer. MrBluu bought me a few at the other end of the courier run.

I look forward to catching up for a game.

ps. Don't forget to start a WITB thread. We like shiny things.

Same as everyone during a streak of good form, buy an impressive set of blades with a sweet spot the size of pinhead.

Yep the hogans...they were nice to hit when being used twice a week. After the golfing became rarer it was a different story. Really hurt the hands when you miss the sweet spot.

    WITB is coming....soon.....

    Thanks for the welcomes gents.

Ok cool, was wondering what happened with them. The 50th anniversary ones are nice clubs...never hit one but they look great.
