Great Cycle Challenge

Team BluuGrunt had their 1st team ride together, well we were together at the meeting point. I dragged the old road/tri bike out and it did not do that well, lost Mrbluu and his mate in the 1st km.
Nice ride on the M7 bike track with just over 50km for myself and MrBluu was going to aim for 60 on his way home.

Sorry mate I try to smash out as many km's as I could before I had to go home!!!

Passed the 250km mark this afternoon with a lazy 13km after work. Half way to the goal.

Smashed out a 45km today with Eca. Getting my fitness back in the legs and ave speed for the ride has gone from 20.5kph to 24.5kph.

180km in 3 rides, no problems. If I don't make the match play next weekend, I'm going to try for a 100km night ride on Friday night.

Should be pretty easy mate. I've done 57kms today just riding to and from work. A couple more of those rides and I'll be sweet.
