Pink Ribbon Challenge - Monday 6th October at Manly GC

This golf day is part of a world wide fund raiser for Breast Cancer Research. The target date is 5th October, but as that is NRL Grand Final Day, I have moved it to the Monday of the long weekend.

Since we all like breasts ad we all like golf . . . I have set up the following:-
Manly Golf Club
9:00am 1s Tee time
4 groups of 4 - spots allocated on a first in basis.
It's $88/head for golf only.
Manly's a very flat track so walking is an easy option.
I will be targeting raising a minimum of $50/Head for the charity.

Also, as part of the world wide Event, there will be a Special Scotty Cameron (Pink Ribbon themed) Headcover and Putter Combination available for $US250 (I believe). If attending the Event, you can choose to purchase one of these Combos - they are not compulsory.

I know it is still a way off, however, the Combos have to be ordered well before hand, so, if you want to come along and play a very good course for a very good cause, please let me know.

Right now, there are 13 spots left.

I have one for you Kristian. Some of the 'Challenge' items came in a driver box, so, I am happy to see it move on. It'll be there in any case.

Fellas, if any of you have a spare driver sized box to spare, could you please bring it with you. Got a driver to ship on Tuesday and I don't think I have any spares stashed away at work...

Looking forward to this...although I don't know what the public holiday trip in will be like, so will be out the door fairly early.

Just reporting in that the Event worldwide raised over $10,000 for Cancer Research.
Our little enevt came up with just on $1,000 . . . so, we were very generously represented.
Thank you to all who participated and/or donated, it is/was greatly appreciated.
Maybe next year will be bigger and better ?
