A quick update
Lesson with Adam Fraser today
The swing itself Apparently sound, very sound. major change to the grip now feels super strong. booked in for an iron fitting to get the lies done, as they are mostly responsible for a lot of inconsistant shots.
Going to take a lot of work to get used to it.

If you have a club head seriously weighted and cut down to and leave it in your car and whilst watching TV and practice you grip it wouldn't take long! No mention of the short game?
