Default 3oneday - help for a earlier release?

Below are some stills of my swing. I see it as a problem I have had for years, I get to the top and my swing starts with my shoulders and hips and the hands pretty much stay there (I think). So much so that my hands may be level with the ball (near impact) but the clubface could be still at knee height.

I'm working on rotating a little better, I'm hitting it ok, no chance of getting any lower though than the 7 or 8 I am now playing off. Just trying to enjoy myself. I just feel though that I am wasting so much energy in my swing for little return.

The stills (swing vid was too long) show me at the top. It looks like I swing even further past parallel after I start my downswing (image 3).

And yes, for those who haven't seen me in a while, I have grown too tall for my hair

I think I need to shorten the swing and reduce the wrist break whilst still coiling, any other thoughts?

I'm not sure that's a bad thing though is it? If I get your meaning?

probably not terrible, I just feel that I am losing power because of what I am wasting at the top.

I always find that when you want an early release, showing remorse and baking a cake for the members of the parole board always helps.

Wow 3OD you swing the club great. Yeah rotation is fine, actually great! length of swing is what ever tickles your fancy. Could change it easy enough if you want. You must be able to really play with is this action. Im sorry to ask but next time please wear a hat.

I'm flattered never got lower than 4, bit sad really, too many mental issues (and too many different equipment changes).

its no wonder I haven't posted my action here.
BTW thats surprising I would have presumed lower with your action you must be a red wine golfer getting better with age.
