Anthony Kim has a few decisions to make.

Interesting, that one.
I'd say it depends upon how much competitive drive you have. If you genuinely think you can compete at the highest level, the insurance policy isn't worth it, substantial though it is. Perhaps more importantly, if you enjoy the stress and the battle, you would want to do it for as long as possible. If you think it is a grind, maybe you would give it all up for 10 mill.
It sounds like he has the type of free and easy lifestyle where the money won't last forever, but if he were to settle down and start a family, 10 million would be plenty to keep him happy.
For me, if I were good enough to play and compete on the PGA Tour at a similar level to what Anthony Kim had before, the money wouldn't matter. I'd be playing golf.
"There are 50 things to remember in the golf swing. Trouble is that I can only remember 49 of them" - Bob Hope.
He's been away for awhile. Big call to pass up a guaranteed pay day that should definitely lock up your financial situation for ever, to 'attempt' a return to make 5, 6, 10 times that.
I'd love to see him play again. Some people forget how good he was.
He said "as soon as I take a swing on tour it's void". Take the 10 mill and just play social golf everyday on any course around the world that you want. Atleast he can still play but stil get the money.
