We did for sure. Add Scott, Gallen, Myles, Tamou and Fifita would paint a different picture but you'd think our depth would be a bit better.

Yeah with a higher standing comes responsibilities and expectations.

So an admitted drug cheat calls his employers c***s on social media. What did he expect the response would be?
Cinderella story, out of nowhere, former greenskeeper, now about to become a Masters champion..... It looks like a mirac.. It's in the hole! It's in the hole!

He probably expected the usual response - meaning nothing much would happen, just like the Rugby boys.

I enjoyed watching that Nz vs Australia game - always like seeing the Kiwis knock us over.
Have to say that Cherry Evans is out of his depth in big games like this - dud for Qld and now Australia.
Anyone notice Woods spend more time worrying about his hair rather than tackling? - oh and he did a bit of Kiwi hair pulling too, cat.

2 Dads showed how his lack of defensive ability is nicely hidden with Manly. It used to be Glenn Stewart's job and this year I think it was Watmoe's. I think Foran knew of this and almost every break came through that side. Hoffman copped a bit of flack but he was not helped by the guy he was working alongside, 2 Dads.

Manly fans love him. I was chatting with an avid Manly supporter on Sunday and he fired up when someone said he had a shit game.

There's a big gap after Thurston isn't there.

Also, I am not that offended with Gallen calling the NRL kints, I call my mates that every Saturday.

I guess though if he'd have walked up to David Smith and punched him he'd only get 10 in the bin, probably cheaper.

It had little to do with any offence, and mostly to do with his senior leadership positions. Gallen is a big goose, and always has been. A lot seem to mistake his thick skull for some sort of indication of mental toughness, and leadership qualities. As he revealed yesterday, even he isn't comfortable with that position.

Just ask Ted Bishop about leadership's baggage......

We do love him but also realise he is not the new messiah, it becomes difficult for him to play to the expectation (built by the media), so he appears to always disappoint.

It's now official watmough is an eel. The Eagles have picked up Mason and Matteo.

At least now the penalty count against and handling errors for manly will be less. The Eagles needed a another front rower last year.

I thought big willie went ok for the Knights this year. Jason King while a club stalwart stayed on probably a year or 2 too long, last season apart from when he fired up against the bunnies he was playing in slow motion.

Mason should go ok for one more season at Manly.

Watmough is a huge risk for the Eels though .... he's on the way out.

Video ref in today's Four Nations game was very accommodating to the Australians - even the ref's explanation to GB didn't make sense...
